Search through chat

In VMT Chat you can search through previous postings in the following way:

     1. Click on the search icon on the top of the chat window .

     2. This will open a pop up window. Enter your keyword(s) into the text box (see

     figure below).

     

     3. While typing in the box, matching text will be highlighted in the chat. You can also

     click Back or Forward buttons to search backwards or forwards within the chat (see

       figure below). When you are done click on the X button on the top right corner to

       close the search window .

       

       Tip: If more than one posting match your search criteria, then using the buttons to

       check each hit one by one could be a tedious job. In such cases the chat tool

       places small marks on the scroll bar to help you navigate through postings that

       contain your keyword(s) (see the picture above). Just drag the slider to these marks

       to quickly find the postings that contain your keyword.
