In Concert-Chat each chat-room is persistent. The messages as well as whiteboard
history are preserved in the room. After you exit the system and come back later on, you
will still be able to see them.

In figure 1 Chat:(116) indicates that there are 116 messages in the chat history of this
room.
Click on the icon with the two arrows 
to download messages from the history.
(For
each click 100 messages will be downloaded to your chat window).
