Keeping Track of Actions in the Room

ConcertChat has features that allow you to keep track of your group members' certain actions:

1. The names of the users who are currently in the room are displayed at the top right corner under the title "Current users" (see figure below)

2. You can see who is currently composing a message by checking the area below the text-box (see figure below)

3. When an action is performed on the white board, a small square appears in the chat window under the most recent message. For a series actions in a row, you will see a line of squares appearing. This keeps you aware of activities on the white board.


4. Actions performed on the white board are noted on the scroll bar located on the top left corner (see figure below).

5. Important events (e.g. when a member signs in/off; when the state of the room is changed etc.) are posted on the chat log as system messages (see figure below). Note that you can turn on/off system messages by clicking on the graphic button.
