1. Rooms you have entered; or
2. Rooms that have you as teammate, which was specified by the room owner at
the creation of the room.
To enter a room here, simply click on the name of the room that appears to be a link. It
will open up the chat room, while at the same time you will find yourself already entered
the room.
Rooms under Open Rooms are those you have access to, which were created by other
users and the owner chose the room type to be open room. (Note: if you create an open
room, it will appear under your My Rooms.) Clicking on one room opens up the chat
room (which also means you've entered the room). Notice that at the moment of your
click, the room is removed from the list under Open Rooms, and at the same time added
to the list under My Rooms under the topic the room is created for.
Entering a room under Limited Access is a bit more complex in that you need to ask the
room owner for permission to get in. In the current system, the owner has to be online to
receive the request and thus grant the permission. Let's see an example: user sunrise
wants to join a limited access room named creative. The owner is nan, who appears
online at this moment. (You can tell these facts because nan is the first one on the user
list though the list only has one user and this user name is in green. See List of Chat
Rooms for detailed information about user list if needed.)
Step 1: user sunrise clicks the room name creative under topic sticks. A pop-up
window appears asking "Do you want to ask the creator of this room to let you in?"
Step 2: sunrise clicks Yes. This brings a pop-up window on user nan's client saying
that sunrise is asking to join if he/she allows this person to join.
Step 3: sunrise gets message. Sunrise clicks on yes to enter the room. The room
creative is now under My Rooms.
