To copy text from previously posted messages:
1. Press and hold "Alt" key;
2. Select the text you would like to copy by clicking and dragging the left mouse
button;
3. Release and use "Ctrl" + "C"
4. Use "Ctrl" + "V" to paste into the composing area or desired area such as a text
box on the white board.
