How to add a user to your teammates list?

1. Make sure that you can see your friend's user name in the list of online users.

2. Double click on the user name of your friend. This will open a pop-up window, asking for approval. Click on "Yes" to send a request to your friend.

3. Your friend will be notified by a similar pop-up window. At that point your friend can either accept or decline your request. You will be notified about your friend's response in a pop-up window. Once you are approved, you can see your friend's user name on your list of teammates.

Note 1: When you add a user to your list of teammates, your name is not automatically added to that user's list. Your friend needs to follow the same procedure to add your name to his/her list.

Note 2: You can add multiple users to your list of teammates at the same time. To do that:

     1. Select the name of the first person by clicking on its name from the list of

         Online Users

     2. Press and hold the SHIFT key

     3. Select the names of other users by clicking on their names on the Online

         Users list

     4. Do a double click on the last person's name, and release the SHIFT key.

         This will simultaneously send requests to all users you selected. The names          of the users who accept your request will be added to your list of teammates.

Here is a graphical scenario illustrating these steps:

Let's assume that quick25 wants to add nan to his/her list of teammates.

1. As we can see from the figure below, nan appears on the list of online users.

     

2. quick25 double clicks on nan from the online users list, and clicks on "Yes" on the pop-up window.

     

     

3. nan is notified by the system about quick25's request via a pop-up window as seen below. nan accepts quick25's request by clicking on "Yes" on the pop-up window.

     

4. quick25 is notified about nan's decision.

     

5. As soon as quick25 clicks on OK on the pop-up window above, nan's name appears on the list of teammates on quick25's screen.
