Posting a Screenshot

You can post a screen shot to the white board as follows:

1. Adjust the windows, so that the VMT Chat window and the object you want to capture are both visible on your desktop (otherwise your target might be hidden by the chat window).

2. Click on the icon with the camera

3. You will see a window covering your desktop. Select the area you want to capture by dragging the mouse while pressing the left mouse button.

4. Finally, click on the part of the white-board that you would like to paste your screen shot.

Tip: Since other members might be viewing the client at different zoom levels, try posting your image closer to the top left corner of the white board.
