Notes for Author Registration:
- For paper authors, to include your paper in the program
as well as in the proceedings, at least one author of your paper
must plan to attend the conference and pay the regular
(member or non-member) registration fee.
- If you have a paper accepted, please note that your paper
will not be included in the conference proceedings unless at
least one (co-)author registers by July 10,
2008
- Authors who have two or more papers accepted by GrC'08 need
only register once, however there is a US$200
charge for each extra paper to help defray the cost of printing.
As long as one author of each paper registers for the conference
(i.e., one non-student registration per paper), their registration
covers the cost and the extra paper charge does not apply.
- Authors whose papers (including extra papers) have extra pages
(as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional US$100 for each extra page to help cover the added cost of printing.
