    Yes. Any international IST applicant whose associate's degree is from a U.S. institution must take the TOEFL and achieve a 600 on the written exam, a 100 on the Internet-based exam or a 250 on the computer-based exam. Only bachelor's degrees or master's degrees from U.S. institutions are accepted for TOEFL waiver consideration. IST does not consider Associate's degrees for test waivers.
