| How do I know what other documents I need to submit along with the Graduate
I-20/DS-2019 application form?
|
|
| • If you are applying for a student visa (F-1), please read numbers 1 through 5 in the section of the application form labeled “Instructions”.
• If you currently hold a student visa (F-1), please see number 4 in the section of the application form labeled “Instructions”. To contact International Admissions at Drexel University, please call 1.800.2.DREXEL or email enroll@drexel.edu.
• If you currently hold another type of visa, are applying for an on campus program*, and do not intend to change to a student visa, please send us a copy of your current visa (with picture if possible). *applicants to online programs who reside in the USA and are on visa types other than the student visa (F-1) must submit both the I-20/DS 2019 application form and appropriate financial documentation except for current H-1B visa holders who need only to submit a copy of their current visa (with picture if possible).

| Will I be considered for admission into an iSchool graduate program without submitting the I-20/DS-2019 and necessary official financial paperwork? |
|
| Yes*. Both the I-20/DS-2019 application and appropriate official financial documents must be submitted as soon as possible for the International Student Scholar Service department to process your visa or change visa status, which may take time, so we urge you to not wait for your admission decision before remitting the required forms.
In no way are your I-20/DS-2019 requirements tied to an admissions consideration. *Ph.D. applicants who wish to be considered for an assistantship with the iSchool do not need to submit official financial paperwork until or unless they are granted admission without an assistantship.
