Research into Youth Services and Issues conducted by iSchool faculty includes identifying the information needs and behaviors of specific groups, primarily those involved in public and school libraries, and designing programs and services to meet those needs both in face-to-face information encounters and through technologies that allow access to the full range of information types and formats.
