The iSchool at Drexel, College
of Information Science and Technology offers a dual master's degree
program, leading to the Master of Science in Library and Information
Science (MS) and the Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS).
Giving Students a Competitive Edge in the Marketplace
- Work simultaneously on an MS(LIS) and MSIS to earn two master's degrees and receive both upon graduation.
- Program combines the focus of the MS program's concern with selecting, organizing, managing and accessing information resources to meet user's information needs with the MSIS graduates' skills in creating and managing the databases, interfaces, and information systems.
- Offers students the opportunity to increase their ability to compete in today's cutting-edge marketplace.
To be eligible, graduate students must be currently working
on their first degree when requesting admission to the second.
