Dr. Lisl Zach is an associate teaching professor in The iSchool, College of Information Science and Technology, where she focuses on the nature of information use in organizations. Dr. Zach has carried out numerous user needs assessments, task analyses, benchmarking studies, and program evaluations, as a result of which she is familiar with many of the methodological issues related to qualitative research including various approaches to data collection, analysis, and presentation.
