Major research interests are in the field of media literacy, information literacy, critical thinking, and teacher training. She is interested on the impact of media on children, specifically middle schoolers and young adults and the effect it has on their thinking. She is responsible for teaching in resources for young adults, social and professional aspects of information service, instructional role of the information specialist, and is the first full-time online instructor for the College. |
