Mr. Booker's teaching interests include software engineering, system analysis and design, measurement, networking, and program management. His research interest is in bioinformatics, particularly the modeling of biological systems. His industry background includes analysis, design, development and maintenance of defense and information systems, process improvement, quality management, and analysis of aviation safety and security.
