Graduate Studies

Founded in 1892, The iSchool at Drexel has multiple innovative graduate programs and services. We now offer Practicum credit for current/prospective positions in the field (up to 6 credits).

Degree Programs

Master of Science (MS)
American Library Association accredited in Library and Information Science with optional concentrations in Competitive Intelligence & Knowledge Management, Digital Libraries, Information and Library Services, School Library Media and Youth Services.

Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS)
Designed for professionals serious about broadening their knowledge in information systems and technology.

Master of Science in Software Engineering (MSSE)
Encompasses behavioral, managerial, and technical aspects of software engineering.

Dual MS/MSIS
Combines a focus on selecting, organizing, and accessing information with creating and managing databases, interfaces and information systems to meet users’ needs.

Doctoral Program (PhD)
