The Career Services Office accepts postings for professional, information-related jobs from local and national employers to be posted on our website.  We also accept postings for internships and pre-professional positions.

To post a position, call, email or fax with the following information:
  • Title of Position
  • Name of Employer
  • City/State where job is located
  • Summary of Responsibilities
  • Qualifications
  • Salary or hourly wage*
  • Specific information to apply for the position

* If you wish to omit salary information you may, but we recommend that salaries are posted to elicit the best candidates.

NOTE: PLEASE include a direct contact (if different from the application contact,) so we can contact him/her if there are questions regarding the posting.

Third Party Employers:

If you are a third-party firm working on behalf of an employer you MUST notify the Career Services Office of the name and location of the actual employer.  We must have this information in order to avoid posting duplicate jobs.  This information will NOT be put on the posting and is strictly confidential.
