Students in the MSIS and MSSE programs have the opportunity to participate in the Graduate Co-op Program (GCP) and receive academic credit for workplace experience while completing a degree. GCP helps students prepare for their new career, integrating academic and employment experience. Employment opportunities are available each January, April, June, and September, coinciding with the start of each term.

The GCP does not guarantee jobs. It is a market-driven process, both for students and employers. GCP provides the tools and contacts; students obtain positions based on their own merits, qualifications and skills.

At present, the 3 credits received in GCP courses DO NOT count toward the 45 credits needed for graduation.
